Purchasing
through our site
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line shop and
add any
items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket.
When
you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout and you
will have the option to choose your delivery method and pay using any
major
credit / debit card. Our payments are processed by Sagepay, One of the
leading
payment providers in the UK.
Your payment and card details are sent via an SSL encrypted
link, ensuring your privacy and security.
Shipping
and Handling
We are based in Stirling in Scotland and ship our parcels both to the
UK and
Worldwide.
UK
parcels are sent either via Royal Mail or by
Courier service. Parcels out with the UK are normally sent by Airmail or a courier of our choice.
We
aim to dispatch all items on the same day the order is
received.
Items
for standard delivery received before 3pm will be sent on
the same day, provided they are in stock. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders received after
this time on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
To
be eligible for our next day delivery service, your order must
be received by 12pm. Any orders received after this time may still be
dispatched that day but due to restrictions by our courier this may not
be possible.
Out
of stock and Special Order Items
We aim to hold stock of all items on our site, where this is not the
case we
aim to mark on the site the expected delivery time from ordering. When
an item
is not available for same day dispatch we will contact you by E-Mail
and you
will have the option to wait for the stock to arrive, amend your order
or of
course cancel the order.
Gift
Vouchers
Gift
vouchers are available to buy through our website and can be
redeemed online or in person in our large retail outlet in Stirling.
The
vouchers will be sent by post in a presentation gift card. Should you
wish to
have the vouchers sent directly to a friend or relative please ensure
you fill
in their details in the “delivery address” section
of the checkout process.
If
you wish to use your voucher as payment when shopping online
you must first post the voucher back to us at the address listed on our
“contact us” section. We will then convert the
voucher to a “Discount Code”
that can be used during the checkout process. Should you wish to be
issued with
a “Discount Code” rather than a gift voucher in a
presentation card then please
email us before making your purchase. Discount Codes cannot be used
in-store
and are only valid on this website.
Vouchers
are valid for 6 months from their issue date, have no
cash value and change cannot be given either in store or online.
Returns
Policy
Your
right to return goods is protected by the EU Distance Selling
Directive and the Sale of Goods Act 1979. These regulations permit you
a 7 day
cooling off period in which time you may return the goods to us for a
refund. You
are responsible for the return of the items and they must be returned
to us in an
as new condition, with the original, intact packaging. To be eligible
for this
you must contact us before returning your items to obtain a returns authorisation number. Any products returned without this may incur delays in processing. We
recommend you
use a reputable courier service and obtain proof of delivery. Proof of
posting
is not proof of delivery.
Warranty
Information
All
products sold by
us are covered by the standard one year return to base warranty. Should
you have
any issues with a product bought through our online store then please
phone or
email us and we will do our best to assist you.
Quite
often the
manufacturer of certain products (for example “fishing
rods”) may offer an
extended warranty that exceeds your statutory rights.
Should
you encounter a problem during this extended period we would recommend that you contact the
manufacturer of
your product to take advantage of this warranty if it is valid. We are
happy to
supply you with contact details or courier assistance should you need them.
Your
statutory rights
are not affected.
Privacy
Policy
We take your privacy seriously and do not pass on, sell or otherwise
disseminate your details to any third party without your expressed
permission.
We collect your details only to efficiently process your order. We may
hold
your details on file to enhance your future order experience.
We
may occasionally contact you via email or post with offers of
products, promotions or special offers specifically relating to Angling
Centre
Stirling. Should you wish to be removed from our database then please
contact
