Penn Surfblaster Reel

The Penn Surfblaster Reel is a fixed spool reel that is fully saltwater resistant and has been designed to easily achieve maximum casting distances. The Surfblaster reel will make for a reliable workhorse for any sea angler who enjoys shore fishing or beach casting.

For incredible durability, the reel features a high quality, long stroke forged aluminium spool that is of course fully saltwater resistant. The design of the spool also helps to provide a consistent and fast retrieval rate of almost 1m per turn.

The reel includes an ultra smooth and quick turn drag system that is combined with 7+1 Stainless ball bearings to reduce friction and provide exceptional smoothness. The slow oscillation system helps to provide you with practically perfect line lay every time which also helps increase your casting distance.

The Penn Surfblaster Reel is finished off with a primarily silver/chrome colour with striking gold colour accents on the spool and handle. The reel is also generously supplied with 2 aluminium spools, 1 standard (400m 0.40mm) and 1 braid (300m 0.18mm).

The Penn Surfblaster Reel is available in two different sizes: 7000 or 8000 and can be used as either left or right hand wind.
