Penn Rampage Braid Boat

A new addition to the famous Penn Rampage range, the 8ft2in boat rod features a lightweight, slim diameter 24-ton carbon blank and is specifically designed with a long tip, short butt configuration for maximum performance when fishing with braid and mono lines.

The supple tip achieves maximum bite detection, but also works in unison with the non-stretch braid to protect light hook holds, with the mid section and stiff butt supplying the power needed to fight big fish hard. Ideal for fishing lures over wrecks and reefs, drift fishing over sand and mixed rough ground when targeting rays, turbot, brill, place and general species.
