Major Craft Crostage Hard Rock

The Major Craft Crostage Hard Rock is the 3rd generation of the Crostage range, featuring improved design and construction.

The Crostage is built on a regular fast action blank and is perfectly suited for anglers looking to target pollock or wrasse off the rocks or for fishing freshwater with medium size lures for pike and big perch.

Made using Major Craft's Cross Force manufacturing process, the rod provides excellent sensitivity and strength - providing anglers incredible feel and sensitivity when working lures and detecting takes, with plenty of power in reserve to stop hard fighting fish and extract them from rocks and snags.

The Cross Force manufacturing technique sees 3 layers of carbon wound across each other and reinforced with carbon tape, this provides exceptional strength to weight ratio and prevent blank twisting during casting allowing anglers to achieve maximum distance.

Single foot Fuji guides with Alconite inserts along the length of the blank allow the line to flow freely from the spool without hindering casting range. A stand off butt guide controls line flowing off the reel and leads on to low profile guides towards the top of the blank and an anti tangle tip ring. This helps prevent line wraps and tangles.

A high quality Fuji reel seat is finished with metal trimmings and abbreviated EVA grips provide anglers a comfortable and secure grip when fishing with and playing hard fighting fish. Orange trims finish the handle off perfectly and add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the rod.

The Crostage Hard Rock is supplied in a dark green cloth rod back to keep the rod in pristine condition during storage and transport.
