When the Mackenzie brand first started they concentrated on double handed rods, but they are now developing a range of high performance, quality single handed rods, they have launched this new range with a 10ft 7 weight, but will continue to develop more models.

The new 10ft 7 weight is a great rod, as with the double handed rods Mackenzie use only the very best materials, the blank is slim and light weight, the action is middle to tip with a fast recovery and it will cover many types of fly fishing, including salmon fishing on small rivers, where a bigger rod is simply not needed.
