The kit is finished off perfectly with the choice between the Airflo Tropical Permit/Tarpon Fly Line or the Airflo Super-Dri Tropical Bonefish Fly Line.

The outfit includes our professional line loading service with free backing and loops where required. All you have to do is select your choice of left or right hand wind and we'll load your line onto your reel, ready for you to fish with.

About the Loop Q Fly Rod
The Loop Q Fly Rod is the ultimate, user friendly single handed rod that can be used by novice anglers, right through to an expert. Each rod model’s action is specially optimised for its particular line classification and this rod seriously excels in all forms of modern fly casting techniques.

This rod is designed and made in Sweden, boasting an incredibly light weight and is extremely responsive in the hand for ultimate casting performance. Each rod is fitted throughout with high quality components, including American Tackle titanium stripping guides on single hand models #7-10 and stainless steel hard chrome stripping guides on single hand models #4-6.

The round aluminium reel seat enhances the rod’s durability and has a stunning matte grey finish with an embossed Q logo. Every handle is made from AA cork with mix cork reinforcements for added strength and quality. Each rod also includes rod model inscription and dot mark on ferrules for correct rod section alignment.

The action of each rod is set according to its particular line classification and we have the Medium Fast range of single handed models in stock. This is a classic rod action and is perfect for novice, intermediate, good and expert anglers.

This action offers fly fishers more structure and backbone near the lower sections of the rod. This gives a wider range of application as it gives the perfect balance of casting performance and fish fighting capability. If you need more power for longer casting distances, the Medium Fast action also offers the reserve power in the rod blank can be used to cover a greater range of water with minimal effort.

In addition to the rod’s incredible performance, the aesthetic design enhances the rod’s stunning overall look. The blank has a cool grey matte finish with a lighter grey colour around the thread whippings and featuring subtle red and black colour details throughout.

The phenomenal range of Loop Q Fly Reels are available in a stunning dark gunmetal grey colour and highly benefits from a powerful braking system which is perfectly suited for the pursuit of multiple species.

This lightweight spool is machine engineered and features a V shaped arbour design which significantly improves line retrieval when out fishing. Additionally these Q reels contain a special embedded counterbalance which is to enhance rotational efficiency and to also streamline the overall fly reel profile.

The spool is quickly and easily secured and is simple to remove with a smart integrated screw cap.This results in no loose component parts which could be easily misplaced! The attached cap is perfect for effortless spool changing function when an alternative line profile or line density is necessary.

About the Airflo Tropical Permit/Tarpon Fly Line
The Airflo Tropical Permit/Tarpon Fly Line has incredible castability with immense hooking power for handling big tarpon and permit species. There is a floating Super-Dri version and an Intermediate version available in this line.

These lines feature an incredibly strong and durable 40lb Power Core with only 6% stretch for bettering handling performance, control, sensitivity and hook set. Both lines also include a Ridge coating which reduces the lines surface area in contact with the rod guides and increases durability.

The Climate Control technology ensures this line won’t wilt or tangle in Tropical environments and both lines are 100% 100% PVC free. The floating density of this line features Super-Dri technology which helps the line float much higher and repel water and dirt for maximum durability.

About the Airflo Super-Dri Tropical Bonefish Fly Line
The Airflo Super-Dri Tropical Bonefish fly line features a Super-Dri Ridge Tropical coating for increased shootability and to float higher in hot weather climates.

The balanced taper design gives technical accuracy and delivery and the Power Core has only 6% stretch to improve all round casting control, sensitivity and hook set. The Ridged coating allows the line to pass smoothly through the guides and reduces the line’s surface area contact for better shootability, smoothness and longevity.

The line also includes a Tropical Climate Control coating. This means the line won’t wilt or tangle even in the heat and is designed to handle temperatures between 68°F - 100°F.

The Airflo Super-Dri Tropical Bonefish is micro looped on both ends for fast rigging.
