The IMAX Fillet Knife use strong black coated, cryogenically treated stainless steel blades and are designed to ensure efficient filleting of your catch.

The blades are cryogenically treated for a longer lifetime and have black coated razor sharp blades that are made from a Japanese 440 stainless steel construction.

Each knife is fitted with 12.5cm non-slip handles that provide comfort and increased control.

Each IMAX Fillet Knife is supplied with a ceramic sharpener.
