Hardy Ultralite MA DD Spare Spools

The Hardy Ultralite MA DD Spare Spools are specifically made to work as replacement or extra spool for your Hardy Ultralite MA DD fly reel.

Built from two-tone anodised, bar stock aluminium, these spools are exceptionally strong and durable. Throughout they have machined holes to help reduce the weight and help dry your fly line out quicker.

The spool is a medium arbor size for increased capacity for a wide variety of fishing and is easily replaced using the screw, captive spool release. This ensures the cap does not come all the way off so there’s less chance of losing it.

Simply unscrew the cap to release the spool and gently pull it out. Then using a replacement spool, line it up accordingly with the reel and gently push into position. Then re-screw the cap back on to secure it in place.

The Hardy Ultralite MA DD Spare Spools are available in a titanium colour to match the fly reels and are available in various sizes to suit your MA DD model.
