The Fish Skull Articulated Fish Spine Starter Pack is a pack of 24 shanks that can be used to tie 6 – 8 articulated flies.

An articulated fly is created from an interconnected system of articulated shanks. These shanks produce flies with incredible life like swimming actions due to the multi joints.

The shanks create the spine of the fly and can be used on large Streamer patterns, just like on the famous Game Changer fly tied by Blane Chocklett.

You can also tie various sizes and styles of flies through different combinations of shank lengths, hooks and materials.

The Fish Skull Articulated Fish Spine shanks are also stainless steel so you can use them for tying Saltwater streamer patterns as well. In each pack you'll receive 4 different sized shanks with 6 of each size so in total there will be 24 shanks per pack.
