Cortland Precision Subsurface 10ft Sink Tip

The Cortland Precision Subsurface 10ft Sink Tip is a fast sinking fly line, designed to effectively get your fly right down to the bottom for bringing in the biggest trout.

This line will effortlessly cut the water’s surface on big lakes and fast moving rivers and currents. We have the Precision Subsurface 10ft Sink Tip available in a Type 6 (Di6) which will drop at 6.25 to 7 inches per second, getting your fly down quickly and effectively to where the fish are.

You can use streamers, nymphs and other sinking flies with this fly line and performs amazingly in deeper water and faster currents. The ultra smooth and supple Durasilk coating enhances the lines slickness to shoot faster and further than other sinking tip lines.

The Durasilk coating formulation also dramatically increases the lines durability for maximum performance and long lasting use. The Rocket2 Taper design of this line aids performance when casting, has an extra long back taper for peak energy transfer and delivers perfect turnover and delicate presentation.
