The Chuck N Duck Neon Glow Flash is a high-performance, super fine flash material that offers extreme visibility and durability in all light conditions.
This is a super strong Glow in the Dark Flash that measures just 0.5mm thick. Its unique formula gives it a super bright glow with a subtle hint of UV reflection.
