Dusty Miller Brooch Pin

The Caledonia Flies Dusty Miller Brooch Pin features a classic and timeless Salmon pattern that was introduced in the latter half of the 19th century into the early 20th century and is known for its intricate, fully dressed design.

The Dusty Miller pattern is hand tied and is fully dressed, featuring guinea fowl behind jungle cock that is tied on for the cheeks. Throughout the wing is vibrant coloured red and yellow feathers and hen pheasant as well.

There is also guinea fowl tied into the beard hackle and the topping and the tail are both tied with golden pheasant tippet feather. The body is tied with silver tinsel and features a black ostrich herl butt.
