Airflo Rage Switch Fly Rod

Introducing the Airflo Rage Switch Fly Rod range, a super lightweight double handed fly rod designed for targeting salmon and sea trout on smaller rivers and low water conditions. These simply are a must have in any enthusiastic salmon anglers collection!

Produced from an ultra lightweight carbon fibre blank that features a middle to tip action which enables the rod to be loaded with ease and allows you to send your fly out across the pool.

Fitted throughout the rod is high quality snake guides which help reduce the friction when the line is travelling through the rings as they keep the line away from the blank. On the lower sections are high quality ceramic stripper guides which allow your line to fly through the guides with ease.

Finishing off the butt section is a high quality cork handle with an up locking aluminium reel seat which is sure to keep your chosen fly reel securely in place. The reel seat is finished off with a high quality cork extension butt to allow use for two handed casting with these rods.

The 11ft #7 model is the perfect rod for smaller rivers and summer fishing and is perfectly matched with the Rage compact heads in 360-390 grains.

The 11ft #8 model is a beefed up version ideal for larger river and heavier flies ans is perfectly matched up with the Rage compact heads in 420-450 grains.

These rods are a four piece configuration and comes supplied in their own hard cordura partitioned rod tube for the ultimate protection when storing or when on the go.
