The wide weave mesh vest offers comfort without interfering with any thermal or waterproofing of your garments underneath. Additionally, the storage is carefully considered - evenly distributing weight so that you are unencumbered.

Stylish in its design and functional and hardwearing in its construction this lightweight multipocket fly vest is constructed with a mesh lining to ensure breathability and comfort.
This vest features two large front top pockets, one with extra pouches and the other with additional integral fly storage. Below this on either side are large wide horizontal zip pockets. Finally at the lower edge of the vest are top opening pouches that are large enough to hold most spare fly line cartridges or spools of nylon. There is even a large mesh pocket on the rear with a loop at the top for hanging a net or wading stick.
All these features along with multiple high visibility loops, wide strap sections and large easy to grip zippers makes this one of the best fly vests on the market.

Arrived quickly thanks to Angling Active. The vest has all the pockets you need allowing you to walk to different locations round the loch. It's fully adjustable which will allow me to still wear it in colder months when more clothing is required. Recommended.

I LIKE the size of the fly box pockets, which are high on the jacket and are secured with zips. There are also loads of pockets and loops which are useful. A little heavy but overall very serviceable

What a Awsome bit of kit, as a salmon fisherman you need to you tackle on you, Instead of a bag swingin of you shoulder, this vest does the job, more pockets than you can imagine, when I rang angling active they are so helpful on the phone and my vest was hear the next day, it's a must get vest for the hardcore salmon fisher, keep the good work up boys at angling active, I will definitely be calling for more gear very soon, tight lines

4 wonderful quality but too long for a deep wading vest

I had been planning on buying this vest for a while and found it cheapest here at Angling Active. I bought it online so hadn't had a good look at it. The quality is great and a stack of pockets I am a wee bit disappointed that it is as long as it is. Airflo advertise it as a deep wading vest and it's not. I was buying It as an alternative to my existing vest which was too long and got wet when I waded too deep, the same will happen with this one too. I noticed once I had started to put gear in the lower pockets it pulled down at the front with the weight making it even longer. It is also a lot heavier than I would have thought with it being mesh. This sounds like I don't like it I do it's just that it's not really what I was expecting after reading the description.

I am so impressed with my purchase. It has more to offer than I had realised.
I needed to replace my old vest for a third fishing visit to Canada., and this will serve my every need and am so looking forward to using it. I think I might just go and try it out next week, a good reason to get my feet wet.
