Description / Airflo 40+ Expert Original Fly Line
These lines were overstocks at Airflo of the original and highly popular line. These lines feature a short shooting head style line attached with a sleeved link to the Airflo running line.
There’s always someone who wants to cast even further – for those guys Airflo developed Forty Plus Expert – its like the Forty Plus Extreme…just longer!
By increasing the head length, whilst maintaining the same head weight the whole cast is smoother, allowing expert casters to carry more line in the loop and with a little effort, send a fly to the next county.
Please note these lines may not be supplied in the same box as pictured above, as a small quantity have been supplied to us by Airflo in newer packaging.

This is a great line for punching big dries - wulff's and daddies - into the wind, when sight-fishing for cruising rainbows or solitary large browns. Minimal false casting and quick direction changes are effortless due to the shooting head design and strikes are more instantaneous with its low stretch running line. Highly recommended.
