The Ace Shooting Heads are built with sleek, slim diameters and have durable, welded loops at both ends of the line. On the front loop, each line includes an ID tag for easy line identification and to know which end to attach to your running line. The tag also includes information the weight and the sinking/floating speed of the head.

With a super sensitive, low stretch core, these shooting head lines give great bite detection and allow you to effortlessly feel even the lightest of takes. One of the most innovative properties of these lines is Vision's Sliding Density construction which is featured on the Intermediate and Sinking types of line.

The Sliding Density design provides these lines with a continuous change of the density instead of being built with two or even three different density materials. As an example, the Intermediate to Sink3 head's density will gradually change from an Intermediate to Sink3 and makes no hinging effect during your cast. The benefit of this is that the line will produce a controlled loop and will provide a much better energy transfer when you are turning over big and heavy flies.

These Shooting Heads are coloured in a certain way and the colour of the lines are vital to your fishing scenario. As an example, the Intermediate into a Sink 3 line is a brown colour to help mimic a sub surface environment and the Clear Float line is fully transparent. The transparent design reduces the amount of shadow the line casts and makes minimal disturbance when hitting the water.
