Snowbee Geo Nano Switch Rod

Offering versatility and a highly responsive action, the Snowbee Geo Nano Switch Rod allows anglers to take to the river and cast this rod single handed then utilise the short lower handle to quickly ‘Switch’ to double handed use.

The Geo Nano Switch range includes a 10ft9 #7 and a 11ft6 #8 which both have a 4 piece construction, along with a high quality cork, handle with a lower shorter handle section at the bottom. These rods boast an ultra light weight and are incredibly responsive, versatile and durable.

Each rod is built using the newest Japanese Nano resin technology and a unique SiC Reinforced Resin System. The super tiny SiC nano molecules fill each and every space found within the carbon fibre mat and the Silicon Carbide to reinforce the resin creates a pre-preg material. It is this material that provides incredible durability, strength, flexibility and a modulus around 11% stronger than standard resin systems.

The Tri-Modulus technology found and used throughout each blank combines different modulus carbon fibres throughout the length of the rod to achieve the exact action required. This entire process creates a very durable, light weight and highly responsive rod that produces a fast action and phenomenal performance.

The 10ft9 #7 model is a fantastic all-round rod that is ideal for fishing for grilse or sea-trout on smaller rivers. It also works equally as well on small lochs or reservoirs, either from the bank or a boat. This rod has an incredible action with an ultra-light feel which will allow effortless casting all day long.

The 11ft6 #8 model is the best choice of rod for when you are in conditions that calls for extra length and a heavier line weight for gaining the upper hand. This rod is ideally suited for use on larger rivers or faster flows and the performance and effortless distance will amaze you.

The Switch models feature an ALPS anodised aluminium reel seat with carbon-fibre inserts and an ultra sleek Gunmetal Grey finish with matching whippings.

The Snowbee Geo Nano Switch Rod is available in two models and each rod is supplied with its own matching cotton drill rod bag and triangular cordura rod tube.
