The Nippers are of good quality and do the job required of them. The Jaws can be replaced, But, wait a minute ! you are paying a staggering amount of money for an item that you can buy for a tiny fraction of the price. Lets face it, a pair of nail clippers and a safety pin will last you a long time if you are a trout fisherman. You can cut all the fluorocarbon and co polymer and even Fly lines with a pair of nail clippers and you can clear an eye of a hook with a small safety pin so Simms brilliant product but way to expensive unless it lasts a lifetime and by the point of fact that the jaws are replaceable they obviously do not last a lifetime. This is a good product but only for Simmsfanatics.
