The Simms Freestone Stockingfoot Waders have been redesigned and improved for 2015 and these waders now dominate the market at what is an entry level price point for outstanding Simms quality.
The Freestone is now in its third generation of wader. Simms research and design team have used the winning formula from previous years and produced this new model featuring an improved Toray QuadraLam perimeter that is fully breathable, repels water with ease, and is strong enough to withstand even the roughest terrain..
Simms have put the angler first with their angler-driven architecture, the clearest example of this would be the center leg-seam construction that prioritizes fit. Slightly less obvious yet just as valuable would be the fleece-lined reach-through hand warmer pocket. Great to keep those fingers toasty when the cold starts to bite!
For the ultimate in convenience and flexability the Simms Freestone Stockingfoot waders can conveniently convert from chest waders to waist-high waders thanks to reversible suspender buckles and an ingenious roll down design. Simms' attention to detail and focus on comfort becomes clear when you realise they have reshaped the stockingfoot with an hourglass pattern for glove like boot-to-stockingfoot fit.
