Shimano Tyrnos A Standup

The Shimano Tyrnos A Stand Up is a slim lightweight powerful quality range of boat rods ideal for the sea angler looking to target those large saltwater predators.

Made with Shimano’s HPC 200 carbon blank material making for a strong light weight more responsive blank. It also includes twist control technology which reduces rod twist when playing a fish.

With added bio fibre technology which strengthens the carbon fibres in all directions allowing for astonishing shock absorption and extra power without the extra weight.

These models are also equipped with Pacific Bay roller guides, made from strong stainless steel. These roller guides are specifically designed to allow clear passage of big swivels or connection knots.

All rods are fitted with a high quality ALPS aluminium reel seat. Each rod has a responsive progressive action and is 1.65m in length.

The Shimano Tyrnos comes in various sizes to choose from and has a one piece construction.
