Scierra Traxion 3 LW Fly Reel

The Traxion 3 hasn't just had a face-lift, its evolved. Not only does the Scierra Traxion 3 LW look even more incredible as the original but it is much lighter and performs even better. This reel is available in various models to cover a range of trout and salmon fishing.

The Traxion 3 LW has been machine cut from a singular block of 6061 grade aluminium for superior strength and long-lasting reliability. Featured throughout the reel are machined holes to make the reel even more light in weight and it has a u-shaped spool to add more backing to your fight.

The drag rim is large and easy to grip. It includes a micro-adjustable, water-tight drag system that provides maximum performance under any fishing condition. Submerged onto part of the main frame is the reel foot which helps give better balance and the ergonomic design also helps place the reel in a superior position that is closer to your rod.

The reel has a solid design with an aluminium gunsmoke colour and construction and features small, aesthetically pleasing details throughout. The Traxion 3 includes a captive spool release to allow you to easily change spools and can be changed from left or right hand wind depending upon your preference.
