The RIO InTouch Skagit Max GameChanger heads have powerful tapers for casting big flies and heavy sink tips and feature seamless multi-densities for ultimate control.
The heads feature RIO’s Multi Density Control which is a seamless combination of three or four different densities that ensures the smoothest transition of energy when casting. This results in easy depth control when fishing and delivers excellent turnover and smoothness. Each head is built with the ConnectCore, ultra-low stretch technology for maximum sensitivity and performance.
For increased durability the XS (Extreme Slickness) Technology repels dirt and it provides the head with a supple and slick coating for achieving greater casting distances. There are various densities to choose from to give anglers total control over the depth you fish at.
The Float / Hover / Inter option is great with an intermediate, type 3 tip, regular iMOW and T tips. It swings beautifully between 2ft and 4ft. The Float / Hover / Inter / Sink3 is ideal for adding type 3 and type 6 tips, as well as regular T tips and is good for swinging between 4ft and 8ft down.
The fastest sinking, bottom-dredging Float / Inter / Sink3 / Sink5 head is the best choice for winter fishing and for getting the slowest, deepest swing. With a regular T tip on the end, it fishes between 8ft and 12ft in depth.
The RIO InTouch Skagit Max GameChanger is available in a selection of grain weights and densities that you can choose from using our drop-down menu and each one features welded loops on both ends.
