Description / RIO Creek
The RIO Creek has been specially designed for anglers who fish small creeks and streams.
This line loads at close range which essentially allows anglers to make short casts of 10 to 15 feet with absolute ease. It also has enough body and head length for those times when a longer cast is required.
Every line is constructed with a supple cold water core which results in tangle-free performance, and features RIO’s MaxFloat Tip that ensures the line does not sink.
The RIO Creek is a great option for anglers and is perfect for nymphs, dries and small streamers!

If you want to target fish in restricted space, limited casting room or narrow access then this line is the ideal product to do the job. I use it with a 6' 6" or 7' rod. With only 10' of the line outside the tip ring, it loads the rods perfectly, roll casts line a dream and if overhead casts are possible, it works perfectly. Deadly accurate and light presentation is relatively easy especially if you team this line with a furled leader.
