Prorex XR Spinning Reel

The Prorex XR Spinning Reels are a powerful work horse loaded into a stunning and strong aluminium frame that is completely protected by a Mag Sealed barrier for long lasting performance.

Designed for hunting big predators, this fixed spool reel is built with an ATD, Automatic Tournament Drag that is constructed with carbon discs to subdue the biggest and most powerful runs from Pike.

The Magsealed technology implements a special liquid material that creates a water and dust-resistant barrier to enhance longevity and provide silk smooth performance at all times. This technology will also improve the reel’s overall water resistance and durability by blocking out even the most micro level of impurities.

The reel includes Digigear II which provides smoother rotation and enhanced gear performance and Twist Buster II for minimising line twist and reducing further friction between the line and the roller. The CrossWrap line lay system overlays the line to prevent bedding and ensures smoother line release for better casting performance.

Supported by CRBB bearings, this enhances and ensures the reel has continuous and smooth rotation, especially in the middle of a fight. The handle is made from one piece aluminium with high density EVA foam on the end for grip and comfort when holding.
