The Penn Regiment III Bass Rods are the ideal saltwater lure rod and are ideal for shore and pier fishing!
Each rod is designed with with SLS3 blank technology and a high modulus 30T carbon blank. This material combination creates a lightweight yet strong blank with plenty of backbone! The material combination also produces a highly responsive tip allowing you to detect the subtlest of bites.
The fast action combined with the softer tip allows for a progressive through action which just applies more power as the fish pulls.
The rods are fitted throughout with high quality saltwater proof Seaguide guides for optimum durability. These guides are ideal for using with both braid and mono mainlines and allow the line to travel through the rings with ease.
The high density and tapered EVA handle will provide perfect grip and comfort even in wet conditions. Each rod features a 3 piece construction for easier transportation.
