The Patagonia Performance Better Sweater Fleece Hoody is the upgraded, performance version of the Better Sweater and is specifically honed in its design and fabric for the active person to give the perfect mix of warmth and freedom of movement for when you are fishing.
Designed to keep you well insulated and warm in colder weather, this fleece hoody incorporates a 100% polyester fleece fabric with an ultra soft sweater knit face and a fleecy, cosy interior throughout the body and collar. These materials help provide warmth and comfort all day long when wearing.
The supple Polartec Power Stretch material is featured on the side panels and is made from a durable polyester/spandex jersey and a fleece backing for an ultra soft skin-friendly feel. This fabric is light in weight and gives excellent freedom of movement as well as keeping you warm.
For maximum mobility and freedom of movement, the raglan sleeve has underarm gussets for enhanced mobility and the flat seam construction gives a sleek, low-bulk style and reduces seam chafe for enhanced comfort ability.
The hoody has a full-zip which zips right up to the chin and incorporates a comfortable multi-panel hood for warmth and protection from the elements. There are two zippered hand warmer pockets and on the chest there is one vertical, zipped pocket that is headphone-compatible.
The cuffs are also stretchy and elasticated for improved fit and the hem seals in warmth and provides additional abrasion resistance. Like other Patagonia products, this design is Bluesign approved meaning it is part of a sustainable textile manufacturing production.
