Description / Patagonia M’s Swiftcurrent Expedition Waders
The Patagonia M’s Swiftcurrent Expedition Waders have been engineered for mobility and durability. These waders take advantage of Patagonia’s new, ultra supple, 4-layer, polyester microfibre fabric package which has passed Patagonia’s rigorous H2No Performance Standard for waterproofness and durability.
Above the waist, Patagonia have used lighter material to reduce the overall weight of the waders and to increase the wader materials breathability. Whereas the lower sections stand up to punctures and abrasion with Patagonia’s burliest wader fabric ever.
Furthermore, the new single seam baseball-style construction, fully articulated legs and gusseted crotch provides enhanced durability and increased freedom of movement. The new suspender system makes height adjustment easy and the new padded shoulder straps increase comfort so you can stay on the water for longer.
The secure stretch wading belt stretches just enough for a secure fit but won’t sag under the weight of accessories. In terms of the interior organisation, there are two drop-in stretch pockets with two tool attachment daisy chains and a centre back hanger for easy drying.
The exterior storage includes a zipped reach through hand-warmer pocket with built-in flaps to keep the zipper from rubbing against wrist backs. There is also a large chest pocket with a horizontal, water-resistant zipper.
Further features of these waders include a top-hem drawcord cinch system to lock in warmth and removable foam knee pads with heavy-duty black hole fabric scuff guards at the ankles.
