4 Great grip, Great product, Some issues with wear rate and quality
Review by Vrillette
These provide great grip on mossy rocks. I am using them with Orvis Pro Boots. I purchased these to replace studs that had worn away quickly where others were perfect. Installing the replacements gave a clue as to what had happened. While installing one replacement the tungsten tip broke off from the threaded section where the weld failed, I suspect the metal if the thread is softer and wears quickly when the tungsten tip is missing. The worn stud can be removed with an 8mm socket. Having said this I would still recommend these studs highly and I would reorder
