Mustad Fillet Knife

The Mustad Fillet Knife is constructed with high quality materials. Made from high grade German stainless steel with a black DuPont Teflon coating, this gives the blade resistance against corrosion while providing you with sharp, swift and precise action when in use.

The handle is made from polypropylene, giving you comfort when holding and a non-slip grip. The handle additionally includes a rigid safety sheath with a thumb lock and a line cutting channel for safety to reduce the risk of accidents.

The Mustad Fillet Knife comes in a blue and black colour.

Available in two different sizes: 7" and 8".
