Humminbird PiranhaMAX 197C Sonar Fishfinder

The Humminbird PiranhaMAX 197C Sonar Fishfinder provides kayak and small boat owners with an optimum fishfinder with a 256 colour 320V X 240H, 3.5 inch display. This device is fitted with a DualBeam frequency feature to give you great detail and a wide coverage area.

The 197C is able to find fishing targets and bottom structures up to an incredible 600 feet depth and displays it all on it’s compact, high quality screen. Each device is supplied with a separate XNT 9 28 T transducer which you can attach to the base of your boat. This transducer has a 16/28 degree turn, with a 455/200 kHz frequency, with built in temperature and a 20ft cable. The transducer is constructed with an improved running angle and an optional lock down screw to override the kick up.

Designed with a dual beam frequency, this allows you to use a narrow beam for high-accuracy returns of fish, structure, detail and the bottom profile. You can use the wide beam setting when you want a larger search area.

The interface is incredibly easy to use and makes access to features simplistic. The compact design and the tilt and swivel bracket, along with the sunlight view display makes the 197C viewable from any position. The 197C is also supplied with an IPX7 submersible waterproof rating so you can feel at ease if you get the device wet.

In each pack, you will receive a PiranhaMAX 197C head unit, a Transnom mount Transducer, Tilt and swivel mount, Transnom Mount fittings, leads and an installation guide/manual.
