Hareline Chockletts Body Wrap

The versatile Hareline Chocklett's Body Wrap is designed for fly tying large articulated flies and helps give your fly a full, thick body so your fly will swim better in the water.

The body wrap was used by Blane Chocklett when tying his famous articulated fly, the Game Changer. This material has hard, stitched edges on either side and a thick, soft fabric in the middle.

To tie your fly, you wrap the material around your hook, using the edges as the core. Once you've wrapped it around, you can then use scissors to carefully cut and angle the body wrap to your liking.

You can tie different kinds of articulated fly patterns with the Chocklett's Body Wrap such as Pike flies, Saltwater flies and large Streamer patterns. The thickness of this material gives your fly a large body and also produces a soft, natural movement when in the water.

The body wrap can also be coloured to your liking by using a permanent marker to change the colour of the fabric. The Pearl White colour is the best choice to use for this.
