Introducing the Hardy Ultralite X Fly Rod, a stunning lightweight fast action rod with incredible recovery allowing for unparalleled feel and control.

The Ultralite X features a rapid taper blank design which maximises material performance. With a much faster action than the standard Ultralite range of rods, it is ideal for the angler looking for more power.

Designed with Hardy's Sintrix NSX material, this includes an additive on the original Sintrix material which creates a power and a light weight while maintaining the same overall strength.

The NSX material also makes the rod blanks far more responsive allowing the angler to keep control of the line when casting and helps to create tighter loops.

The rod is fitted with an up-locking reel seat with single start threads to prevent the thread loosening under heavy use. The reel sear also a keyed body for a snug and secure fit for your reel.

Each rod is fitted with high quality ceramic lined titanium recoil guides and the reel seats are laser engraved with the line size.

The Ultralite X offers a wide range of lengths and AFTM ratings to cover a range of situations from dry fly fishing on the river to large reservoir venues.

The Hardy Ultralite X Fly Rod is supplied with it’s own premium Hardy rod tube and is available in a wide range of models for you to choose from.
