Hardy Cascapedia Mk III

Aesthetically, the Hardy Cascapedia Mk III fly reel is an awe-inspiring masterpiece that has phenomenal durability, designed to last through decades of use. The beautiful, traditional design is similar to the original 1930's model and the primary construction is built from high grade aluminium for power and strength.

Designed and Developed by Hardy in England, this reel is machined from high grade aluminium and is completed with an anodised finish for superior strength and durability. The solid front plate is adorned with 3, polished metal badges and one features the Hardy logo, one features the name “Cascapedia, Hardy, MKIII” and the other has the reel model.

The front plate also features a distinctive, sleek 'S' shape handle and when turned, produces a clicking sound. The Salmon models have a smooth, disc drag system and this can be adjusted to your preferences with the drag regulator button on the back. The drag regulator button includes a pointer for reference and red dots above the button, indicating the strength of the drag.

The back of the reel includes text at the top and bottom indicating the reel model and is fully secured by a dovetail and two stainless steel screws. The primary colour of the reel is black and has aluminium, silver details throughout.

The Hardy Cascapedia Mk III has all the top features of a modern Game reel and looks absolutely stunning. It is available in two model sizes, the 8/9 and the 10/11, you can select your choice of model from our drop down menu
