Greys GR80 Travel Fly Rod

The Greys GR80 Travel Fly Rod is perfect for globetrotting anglers thanks to its portable 6 piece design. This rod includes the 3M Powerlux Nano Composite technology for increased strength and performance and is the perfect choice of rod to take with you on your travels.

This technology produces a blank 60% stiffer than standard epoxy resin blanks as the resin is integrated into the high modulus carbon construction. This combination produces incredible levels of strength and compensatesfor low compression strength of carbon fibre.

With this technology, the rod becomes much lighter whilst maintaining incredible levels of durability, strength and impact resistance. The handle is made from AAA grade quality cork and there is a hook keeper ring provided to wind your line in tight and walk easily from place to place. The rod alignment dots will help you set up your rod quickly and effortlessly to get out on the water fishing.

The rod is supplied in a carry tube and the 6 piece design allows it to pack down to a highly convenient travel size for trips across the country and abroad.
