The Foxytails Pseudo Money XL Substitute is an incredibly high quality, material substitute for Colobus Monkey for fly tying larger flies.

Using hair from a Colobus Monkey is CITES registered and therefore illegal in Europe. However, this substitute material has the exact same properties and feel and is completely legal. This material is beautifully soft and is outstanding quality.

This hair is perfect for fly tying any long wing fly pattern requiring a material with lots of mobility. The softness in the hair provides fantastic life like movement in the water and is perfect for large Salmon flies.
