Fox Rage Warrior 2 Dropshot Rod

Dropshot in style! The Fox Rage Warrior 2 Dropshot Rods offer quality, balance and performance at an unbeatable price point.

Made from a full carbon construction, these rods have a lightweight and a tough design that seamlessly handles light jigging and dropshotting tactics. Fitted throughout the blank are Fox Slik guides which allow your line to pass through the guides smoothly and with ease. The split cork handle not only adds to the cosmetics of the rod but also reduces the rod weight and increases the rods sensitivity due to the exposure of the rod blank. The tip of the rod is ultra sensitive for helping detecting subtle bites and the thread whippings near the tip end are a hi-vis red/orange colour for easy visual bite detection.

Matching the new Warrior 2 designs, the Dropshot Warrior 2 rod features a subdued grey coloured blank with black thread whippings and bold graphics/typography.

The Fox Rage Warrior 2 Dropshot Rods have a two-piece construction and each rod is supplied with its own cloth bag.

What would I use it for?
Designed to target perch of all sizes. These rods come with a 4 - 17gram casting weight, providing you with a very versatile rod that will be suited to most drop shotting applications.

What other tackle would I require with it?
Paired with a 1000 or 2500 size reel will provide you with a well-balanced outfit that can be fished with all day comfortably without causing any fatigue. We recommend using a braided main line of 6 - 8lb breaking strain which will provide you with the sensitivity to detect bites, while providing a finesse presentation to fool even the wariest of fish.
