Uptide fishing is when you cast your tackle up the tide and away from your boat. The rod has a traditional 9ft6 length and a heavy 4-10oz class for easily casting heavy leads. The blank is made from a tough premium grade blank and has a solid two piece construction.

For resistance to corrosion, the rod has stainless frame guides with aluminium oxide rings and comfortable EVA fore and split rear grips for a secure hold.
