Yes, hooks can be changed on most Rapalas as they tend to fixed by a split ring - you will find over time the hooks will be become rusty, blunt or both. Changing the hooks is recommended. You may even prefer to change the style of hooks to your liking, which is perfectly ok - a word of caution here; dramatically changing the hook weight can affect the swim action of your lure. This isn't necessarily bad, just something to bar in mind.
