Angling Active Treble Density Shooting Head

The newest shooting head line from Angling Active.

At present these lines are available in line rating 10/11 only, although it is possible to cut the heads down from the rear to adjust their weight by a few grams.

The Treble Density Shooting head from Angling Active features a super buoyant floating back end, with a middle section that sinks gently at 2 inches per second and a long front section that sinks at a full 4 inches per second creating a line that excels when fishing flies below the surface on medium to fast flowing rivers.

The Treble Density heads varying density ensures your fly is placed where it should be, deep under the surface! Yet the line remains easy to lift from the water thanks to the floating rear section.

These lines are supplied loose without a spool or packaging which helps keep costs to minimum, which allows us to pass the savings on to you.
