Filleting fish can be messy and dangerous even if you have a sharp knife and wear a filleting glove. I tried the Snowbee board for the first time with a couple of big bass. The little rubber feet stop the board slipping on the kitchen worktop, and the clamp held the fish firmly by their tails. The board cleans easily afterwards.
