The new Shimano Hyperloop RB is the latest entry level, rear drag reel in the Shimano P3 Range.
The reel features classical styling that is sure to blend well with any rod, along with high tech features such as Super Stopper and Varispeed Line Lay rarely found on reels in this price range.
By turning the handle you can immediately appreciate the quality of the gears, and vibration is almost eliminated by Shimano's dyna-balance system.
The Hyperloop also incorporates a Power Roller that keeps line twist down to a minimum.
The reel is available in 3 sizes, the 1000 weighs 210g and can carry 140yds of 4lb line. The 2500 weighs 245g and carries 200yds of 6lb line and finally the largest of the models is the 4000, weighing in at 330g, with a spool capable of holding 240yds of 8lb line.
