The new Trion XT range of fly rods represents the peak of performance from the Shakespeare trout fly rod range.
The Trion XT offers a more refined action than previous Trion models, with development focused on matching the blanks to a more accurate single line rating.
The shorter versions (up to 8ft) are built on a 3 piece blank design, whilst the rest of the range has a 4 piece design. This obviously helps with ease of transport and storage, yet there is no loss in action or performance when compared to the original two or three piece Trion versions.
