Rovex John Wilson Barbel Quiver

The strong Rovex John Wilson Barbel Quiver is the heavier rod model in comparison to the Avon Quiver and is perfect for those anglers who need more muscle for bigger species.

The Barbel Quiver rod is also designed by the infamous John Wilson and has a durable blank construction for top performance and quality. The rod is fitted throughout with quality line guides and the handles are made from top end cork for comfort and a secure grip.

The 11ft 2 piece model features a sturdy Avon style top at a 1.75lb test curve and includes three quivers in 2oz, 2.5oz and 3oz for easy adjustment to suit the fishing situation/conditions. For when you are fishing for larger and more demanding species you can use the two foot extension piece for smooth action in faster water or at distances.

To add the extension, unscrew the top part of the cork handle and push up then pull the sections apart. Then take the top part of the handle and completely remove off the blank and insert the extension. Re-attach the top handle and insert the extension back into the handle and screw down.

The 11ft 5 piece rod is the travel model and includes 5 sections along with an Avon tip and three quiver tips at 2oz, 2.5oz and 3oz. This model is supplied in a cordura tube and a cloth bag for ease when transporting.

The Rovex John Wilson Barbel Quiver features the same emerald green blank colour finish as the Avon Quiver rod and you can select your choice of model from our drop down menu.
