- Standard Delivery is available to addresses within the green area on the map above.
Standard delivery is now free for all orders over £75 For any other delivery type or location our website will calculate your delivery cost automatically based on the weight and size of your order.
Due to restrictions placed by our couriers we are unable to offer our standard delivery service to customers out with the green area on the map. This includes the following postcodes - all IV, all KW, PA20 to PA78, PH19 to PH50, all HS, KA27, KA28 and all ZE
- What if I live outside this area?
We do everything we can to offer the same service to you as we do the rest of the UK. As some areas can be difficult to reach, our parcels may take longer to arrive. Depending on the weight and size of your parcel we may have to pass on the extra charges to you, although we try to keep these as low as possible.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands is free for orders over £150.
Delivery to the UK Islands & Northern Ireland is free for orders over £200.
- How much will my delivery cost?
- Our delivery charges as competitive as possible. Our charges range from £1.99 for very light items like flies, spools of tippet and fly lines through to £5.99 for larger heavier items like rods, nets, waders and luggage. Costs for remote areas may be higher than this.
Standard delivery is free for orders over £75.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands is free for orders over £150.
Delivery to the UK Islands & Northern Ireland is free for orders over £200.
If you want to know exactly how much you will be charged simply proceed through the checkout; once you have entered your address details, our system will calculate the postage charges and display the options that are suitable for you.
- Do you offer any express services?
- If you need your parcel in a hurry we offer express delivery. This is a range of premier services including Next Day Express, Next Day Express before 12am and Next Day Express before 9am. This option ensures your order is treated with the highest priority and is ideal for those last minute items. Our express delivery couriers only deliver between Monday and Friday. We do not currently offer weekend delivery. Please ensure you place your order before 2pm for dispatch on the same day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. The cost of these varies based on your parcels size and weight and they are only available within our standard delivery areas.
- Do you deliver to areas beyond the UK?
- We dispatch many parcels a week to areas outside the UK. Our delivery costs vary so the best way to get a quote is to proceed through the checkout, once you have entered your address details our system will provide our most competitive price. International orders over £400 will be delivered free
- Can you deliver to my work address?
- We understand that it can be difficult to wait at home for your parcel to arrive, so we are happy to deliver to your work or relatives address. Simply fill in your alternative delivery address during the checkout process. Please be aware that these orders may be subject to additional security checks.
- How long does delivery usually take?
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the day that they are received, when this is not possible we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss how to proceed. Customer service is very important to us and if there is an issue with your order we want to get it resolved as quickly as possible. To help us with this please ensure you provide a working email address and contact number, if we can't reach you this may delay your order.
Standard delivery orders are usually received within 2 - 3 working days, although on some occasions we do experience delays. Our express services are guaranteed before a certain time on the next working day.
- What if there is a problem?
If you have a problem with a delivery from us please get in touch immediately so we can take steps to resolve the issue.
If the parcel arrives by courier and is damaged please either inspect the contents before signing or refuse to accept the delivery. It is important that you contact us immediately so we can raise any issues with the courier.
