- Our deliveries are handled by either Royal Mail or a commercial courier company, depending on which option you choose.
UK customers have 4 options for their delivery
• Small Items ( for example flies, single spools of line or single DVDs etc.
• Standard Delivery ( Most items fall into this category except heavy or long items )
• Large or Heavy Items ( Anything over 0.5m long or weighing more than 1kg )
• Next Day Delivery ( Any items ) - Excluding Saturday Delivery
To qualify for next day delivery your order must be placed before 12am

- How do I choose my delivery method?
- Your delivery options are available as you complete the checkout process and are confirmed before you place your order.
As the delivery options are self-service all options are available to all customers. If you choose an unsuitable delivery method (for example you incorrectly select small items) we will contact you by email to confirm the change. Once we have received a reply from you we will re-debit your card for the correct amount. Please note this may delay the dispatch of your parcel.
- Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we send many parcels a week within the EU and can deliver to any EU country using the delivery rates below:
• Standard Shipping - £5.99
This covers most small items
• Large or Bulky Items - £19.99
This method is suitable for any items weighing more than 0.5kg or measuring over 0.5 Meters in length
Delivery times can vary but usually take between 3 to 5 days. At present we do not ship to the US or anywhere else outwith the European Union. If you are unsure what method is suitable please contact us
- What if there is a problem?
If you have a problem with any delivery from us please contact us immediately so we can take steps to resolve the issue.
If the parcel arrives by courier and is damaged please either inspect the contents before signing or clearly sign that the delivery has not been inspected. It is important that you contact us immediately so we can raise any issues with the courier.
